DESCRIPTION

Selected coffees from the best African, Asian and Central American crops characterized by an excellent body enhanced by slow and dark roasting.

TOASTING

The Robusta and Arabica coffees that make up the blend are roasted separately with different degrees of cooking to enhance the characteristics of the individual varieties.

AROMA

Strong and full-bodied blend inspired by the Neapolitan tradition. It is advisable to dispense Ristretto in a small cup to appreciate its roundness, strength and light woody aftertaste accompanied by light notes of chocolate.
